Nudes in the City w/ TOBI

There is a trend that is taking the fashion world by storm. Not that this is anything new, but it is hot and I am loving it. What is it you ask? Nudes. Now before I let your mind wander…you should know that I mean the colour family. Taupe, sand, champagne…anything neutral, really.

Whenever you are styling a nude piece (especially a statement piece, like a dress), you want to use colours that will contrast the shade. Black and neutral shades contrast in such a beautiful way, you can’t not love it!

Dress: c/o TOBI / Moto Jacket: Dynamite / Bag: mark. by Avon / Choker: Forever 21 / Shoes: Town Shoes

A simple moto jacket can take any outfit to the next level. It’s edgy, it’s beautiful, and attractive – all wrapped up in one hot package. Feeling the city vibe, strutting my nude/black combo was a total hit and I can’t say I didn’t feel totally glam in the streets of Toronto that day.

In order to reinforce my colour scheme, I sported a black, strapless cami underneath. In an effort to give a little more coverage, I love how it pulled all the other black pieces together. There are so many ways to sport this TOBI dress. It is a ‘cold shoulder’ style, but that didn’t stop me from slipping the sleeves to my sides and layering my moto jacket over top. I love how versatile this dress is.

This is going to become a necessity in my wardrobe as I head into fall. Nudes are in, and I am totally on board.

Start shopping with TOBI today and begin your style journey! Head over now and get 50% off as a new customer…doesn’t get better than that, right?

Cheers!
